We are out-of-network providers, with session fees ranging from $150-175$. We accept payment methods by credit card, health savings account (HSA), check, or cash.

Therapy sessions are typically 50 minutes in length, with flexibility to adjust the duration as needed to best support your preferences and goals.

The frequency of therapy sessions depends on individual needs and goals. During our initial meeting, we’ll work together to develop a personalized treatment plan that includes recommended session frequency based on your specific needs and circumstances.

During your first session, we’ll spend time talking about what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’re hoping to work on, and any questions or concerns you may have. It’s a relaxed opportunity for us to get to know each other and see if working together feels like the right fit for you and/or your child.
